Dry White Wines

2015 Chardonnay

(Yadkin Valley, NC grapes)   Lemon-lime and apple on the nose. Green apple and pear flavors with a touch of vanilla on the back. Ample acidity leads to a refreshing finish. 

Food Pairing:  Enjoy with grilled or roasted chicken, and fish dishes.

2016 Viognier    

(Yadkin Valley, NC grapes)   Delightfully fruity nose and delicate floral aromas followed by citrusy and green apple flavors layered with hints of grassiness and delicate spice. Well-balanced, long smooth finish.       Food Pairing:  Chicken, light pasta sauces and full flavored shell fish.

Dry Red

2014 Trinity           

(Yadkin Valley, NC grapes)      Our Winemakerís Signature Red Blend Ė a Bordeaux style with 40% Cab. Sauvignon, 40% Cab. Franc, 20% Merlot. A subtle rose petal and dried cherry nose. Good textural richness with cherry fruit with notes of herbal spice and leather. Delicate smokiness behind impressive tannins.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with grilled lamb with garlic and rosemary. Roast beef, veal and venison.

2014 Cabernet Franc

(Yadkin Valley, NC grapes)      Rich yet soft. Black cherry, blackberry and light spicy oak aromas. Succulent, dark fruit flavors of tart blackberry, black cherry, and plum with a hint of peppery oak leading to a smooth, medium finish.       

Food Pairing: Great with pan-seared pork or game with a fruit sauces. Our favorite pairing: pen-seared duck with pomegranate glaze.

2015 Cabernet Sauvignon

(Yadkin Valley, NC grapes)      Hearty and rich. A lush array of ripe fruit flavors including black currant, plum, and black cherry. Light oak and soft tannins. Delicate acidity leading to a long fruity finish.       

Food Pairing: Perfect companion for steak and lamb chops. Delicious with chocolate.

2013 Merlot

(Yadkin Valley, NC grapes)  Intense berry and cherry aromas from start to finish. Bursting with black cherry flavors with a touch of cocoa and delicate earthy notes. Mellow tannins and clean, fruity finish.      

Food Pairing: Serve with lighter beef dishes, pork, and mild to medium hard cheeses. Great with a spicy turkey burger.

2015 Sangiovese

Medium-body with nicely balanced fruit and earthy components. Delightful aromas of dried cherries and violet. Wonderful flavors of red cherry and raspberry intertwined with ripe plum, fig and subtle notes of tomato. Light oak and mellow tannins on the finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs well with a wide range of foods because of its savory character. Wonderful with pizza, veal chops, and other classic Italian cuisine.

2015 Syrah

(Yadkin Valley, NC grapes)  Berry and earthy aromas with a touch of plum. Bright cherry flavors with hints of orange, cranberry, and peppercorn. Well balanced fruit, mellow tannins and soft acidity supporting a long aftertaste.

Food Pairing: Enjoy with lightly spiced chili, slow cooker beef stew, or a lamb casserole.


We call it Easy Red, a delightful but non-pretentious blend of Carignan, Ruby Cabernet, and Merlot. Deep ruby color and intense aromas of raspberries with a touch of violet and cassis. Rich body bursting with wild raspberry flavors and a touch of cherry-flavored cotton candy. Dry finish and long fruity aftertaste.  

Food Pairing: Enjoy with barbeque ribs, top sirloin burgers, and blackened chicken.

Just as all our Sweet Carolina fruit infused wines, our Pomegranate is a delicious grape wine blend infused with the natural tangy fruit juice of pomegranate.  Slightly sweet with a cranberry cherry aroma the flavors start with a peppery, zesty tartness and finish with a unique, slightly sweet end.  Outstanding as a holiday wine with your turkey dinner or glazed ham.  Serve chilled or heat with mulling spices.
