Chatham Hill Winery invites you to become a member of our Wine Club and receive special discounts and exclusive privileges.  To join please click Printable Application, print, fill out, and email or fax it us at 919-380-1310.   

Our club members enjoy quarterly selections of newly released and special production wines prior to their availability to the public with deep discounts. 

  No fees to join. 

  You must be at least 21 years old and have a valid credit card.

  You agree to receive three (3) bottles of our winemaker’s selection (unless specified otherwise) of Chatham Hill Wines every quarter (March, June, September, and December) at a 15% discount. 

  15% discount on all Chatham Hill and Sweet Carolina wines and 20% off case purchases (cases may be mixed). The above discount does not apply to personalized labels if under two cases; receive 10% discount on regularly priced wines when ordering two or more cases with personalized labels.  20% discount on personalized label set up fee and personalized labels.

  10% Discount on our Tasting Room Rental Fees for your personal use or your organization’s.

  10% Discount on wine accessories in our shop including wine racks and Spiegelau Glassware.

  Members are the first to be notified of special events and receive discounts for these events held at the winery.  For example:  Winemaker’s Dinner, Wine & Food Pairings, Wine 101 and Beyond, Barrel Samplings, and Quarterly Wine Club Members’ Only Events.

  Free tastings of new releases when you visit us at the winery.

  The “rest of the story”…

  Wine Club selections are $45 to $55 (with your 15% discount) + tax and shipping and will be charged to your credit card automatically every quarter prior to shipping or pick up.

  You may elect to have your selections shipped (within allowable areas) or you may pick them up at the winery.  We recommend that you provide us a business address since someone 21 years or older must be available to sign for packages containing alcohol.

  We will send you an email when shipments are being sent and/or ready for pickup and will charge your credit card (please keep us up to date with changes to your email or credit card/expiration dates).

  Once a Member, you must receive at least two quarterly selections prior to cancellation.

  Should you cancel your membership prior to receiving your first two selections we reserve the right to bill your credit card for these wines.
 

VERY IMPORTANT: Our only method of communication is email.  We utilize an email service, Vertical Response, to send our emails.  It is very important you add "Chatham_Hill_Winery@mail.vresp.com" and/or “mail.vresp.com” into your address books so that our emails can pass through your spam blockers.
